"Najeek" means near, and the song is a sustained refusal of nearness delivered by someone who clearly wants it. Every verse is a warning issued against her own interest, which is what makes it more interesting than an ordinary rejection.
The reasons given are unusually honest. She is not afraid of him; she is afraid of her own feelings.
