This is from the Telugu film They Call Him OG, and the first thing worth saying about it is that it is not a Hindi song — the bulk of the track is Telugu, wrapped in an English hook, and the two halves are doing quite different jobs.
The English sections are pure elevation: rise for the warrior, bow to the saviour, leader, conqueror, king and lord. It is the vocabulary of a coronation, deliberately simple so it works as a chant. "Guns n' roses" sets up the film's whole proposition — a protagonist who is both the flowers and the weapons, and devil-coloured glasses that show you the bruises rather than hiding them.
The Telugu verse is where the real writing is, and it belongs to a very specific tradition of mass-film elevation lyrics: not description but hyperbole delivered as reported speech.
